Course Description

Making decisions is an unavoidable part of leadership, but it often comes with uncertainty, doubt, and pressure. Leaders must navigate complex situations where perfect information is rarely available, yet indecision can erode trust and momentum. This session explores the factors that influence decision-making confidence and introduces practical strategies to enhance clarity, decisiveness, and leadership credibility. Participants will be introduced to the ASCEND framework, a leadership model that integrates six key pillars: Authenticity, Self-Leadership, Connection, Empowerment, Navigation, and Decisive Action. 

This session will highlight how decision-making is not just about taking action but also about self-awareness, trust, and adaptability. Attendees will learn how to recognize and manage common decision-making pitfalls, such as analysis paralysis and fear-based choices, while developing a mindset that fosters resilience and effectiveness in leadership. This webinar is ideal for emerging and experienced leaders who want to improve their ability to make clear, confident decisions in uncertain situations. The session will reinforce that confident decision-making is an outcome of holistic leadership development, aligning with the ASCEND model's principles of adaptability, empowerment, and strategic action.
